If  Brickell CitiCentre was built as per the original plans, the three main towers would be among the top ten of the tallest buildings in Miami. Brickell CitiCentre III, the tallest of the three, was slated to be 808 ft (246 m) tall, and contain 76 floors. The 76 floors would have tied it with Met 3 for the lead in the tallest building in Miami in terms of floors. The second main tower in the complex is Brickell CitiCentre II, which was 769 ft (234 m)-tall, equivalent to 72 floors. Brickell CitiCentre I, the smallest of the three towers, was going to be 69 floors and 740 ft (226 m) tall, and located on the west side of Miami Avenue, across the street from the other two buildings. The CitiSquare center, connecting the buildings at their bases, was planned for construction after the three main towers are completed. Brickell CitiCentre was set to be built at the corner of South Miami Avenue and Tenth Street, in the western Brickell Financial District of Miami. The Tenth Street Metro Station was one block west of the complex.
As of June 15, 2011 Brickell CitiCentre  has been revived and the new plan consist of four towers, but none of them will be as tall as the original three; Arquitectonica is still the architect. Two additional lots were bought by Swire in 2011 the Brickell Tennis Club and the Eastern National Bank building  in order to qualify for Special Area Plan zoning, making the entire development site over 9 acres (36,422 m2), the additions will now give the project direct access to the Eighth Street Metromover Station. Brickell CitiCentre  will feature many unique features such as two levels of underground parking, covered sidewalks, and interconnectivity between all the buildings. This has earned it its “city within a city” nickname. The City Commission gave the project its final approval in July 2011.

Brickell House: 

Called Brickell House, the $170 million project is part of a new wave of condo towers planned for downtown Miami, which saw development grind to a halt after the building frenzy that lasted from 2003 to 2008.

“Almost all of the [outstanding] inventory that we had has been absorbed in the last 18 months,” said Harvey Hernandez, managing partner and chairman of Newgard Group. “It could not be a better moment for us to launch a project.”

The 46-story tower is slated to have 374 residences, ranging from one bedrooms to penthouses. Specs include a rooftop sky deck, pool on the 46th floor and an automated robotic parking garage.

Buyers in large part will be charged with paying for the construction of the glossy tower under a financing model that will require purchasers to pay 70 percent of the asking price before construction is completed. That financing model — which is also being used for new condos recently pitched by Related Group — is more common in Latin America, where Brickell House will be heavily marketed. Prices start around $200,000.
